100%! When you book more than one space, you receive a 15% discount on your overall rental fee.

I want to tour it, but I don’t live close. Do you have a virtual tour?

Not a problem! We will be loading virtual tours of all spaces shortly. This will give you a full walkthrough of our spaces and give you examples on how you can use them.

I would like to schedule an in-person tour. Is that possible?

I saw that you prefer intimate weekend and evening bookings. Why is that?

We are in a shared building with limited parking. To respect our neighbors, we encourage intimate evening or weekend events so that there is parking available for your and your guests, without taking parking away from another tenant.
