This location is a 2500 square foot gallery space just minutes from Downtown Annapolis in the Annapolis Design District. Conveniently located just off of Routes 97 and 50.

Our space is clean and open with an industrial art gallery vibe. It's the perfect spot for a chill birthday party, company get together, book club meeting, networking event, private meeting or creative workshop.

Capacity: 36 (seated at tables), 42 attendees (seated in chair rows), 60 (standing)

Room Setup: Flexible seating with or without tables

Ideal Booking Time: Due to limited parking, it is ideal to book your event for the evenings or weekends.

Weekday: $900 (additional hours $150/hour)
Weekend $1,400 (additional hours $225/hour)

8-Hour Event Rental

Perfect for: Production shoots, Board retreats, Planning days, Corporate seminars

Weekday: $1,500 (additional hours $150/hour)
Weekend $2,000 (additional hours $225/hour)

2-Hour Meeting Room Rental

Perfect for: Freelancers, Out of town business meetings, Client Meetings, Interviews & Zoom call privacy
